Printed menus are only guidelines.  Our catering staff will be happy to prepare
a customized proposal to meet your specific needs.

PLANNING
 We will work closely with you in developing the most efficient site & execution plan.

SET UP
 We will assume total responsibility for the proper set up for the event.

MINIMUMS
 A minimum of 25 guests is required for buffet service.

GUARANTEES
In arranging for private functions, the attendance and final entrée count must
be provided to us three business days in advance.

Overall, we will take responsibility for the entire operation of the food
 and beverage service aspect of the event.

A standard 18% service charge will be added to all food and beverage.
